Crypto Twitter has been inundated with warnings from customers, after the Twitter account of Mita Murati, the chief know-how officer of synthetic intelligence agency OpenAI, was apparently hacked – selling a “rip-off” cryptocurrency airdrop.
On June 2, Murati’s account tweeted what seemed to be a phishing hyperlink promising to airdrop an alleged ERC-20 OPENAI token named after the corporate that created ChatGPT.
