The Blockchain Avail community has launched a testnet knowledge availability bridge to , in accordance with a July 7 announcement. As soon as testing is full, the bridge will permit builders to simply create low-cost “validiums” or Layer 2s that do not retailer full transaction knowledge on Ethereum, the announcement says.
