Katie Hobbs, the governor of the state of Arizona, vetoed laws that may have largely prevented native authorities from imposing taxes on people and companies working blockchain nodes.
In an April 12 choice, Governor Hobbs printed a veto of Arizona Invoice 1236, first launched in January. The laws sought to revise sections of the legal guidelines referring to blockchain know-how, decreasing or largely eliminating regulation and taxation of node operators on the state degree.
