A neighborhood courtroom in South Korea has denied a prosecutor’s request to problem an arrest warrant for Terraform Labs co-founder Shin Hyun-Seong, often known as Daniel Shin. It was the second try by South Korean authorities to rule Shin after the latest arrest of Do Kwon — The opposite co-founder of Terra.
March 23, Kwon was arrested at Podgorica airport in Montenegro by trying to make use of false paperwork to fly overseas. The Seoul Southern District Prosecutor’s Workplace took benefit of this case, and on March 27, requested an arrest warrant for Shin, citing his involvement in accumulating illicit income from gross sales (LUNA) and TerraUSD (UST).
