A neighborhood courtroom in South Korea has denied a prosecutor’s request to situation an arrest warrant for Terraform Labs co-founder Shin Hyun-Seong, often known as Daniel Shin. It was the second try by South Korean authorities to rule Shin after the latest arrest of Do Kwon — The opposite co-founder of Terra.
March 23, Kwon was arrested at Podgorica airport in Montenegro by making an attempt to make use of false paperwork to fly overseas.
