The “White Paper on Web3 Innovation and Growth” was unveiled on the Zhongguancun Discussion board by the Beijing Municipal Science and Know-how Fee, also referred to as the Zhongguancun Science Park Administrative Fee. In accordance to native media, The Paper, the doc acknowledges Web3 expertise as an “inevitable development for the long run growth of the Web business”.
