Cryptocurrency alternate Gemini and bankrupt crypto lender Genesis International Capital have collectively filed a request to dismiss a lawsuit from the Securities and Trade Fee (SEC). The lawsuit claims “Gemini Earn” – which permits clients to lend crypto property resembling (BTC) to Genesis, Gemini charging a payment of as much as 4.29% — violated securities rules by providing unregistered securities.
