Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee of Ukraine, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, stated on his Telegram channel on April 20, “We, along with colleagues from the NKCPFR (Nationwide Securities and Alternate Fee) and different regulators, are already engaged on the implementation of some provisions of the MiCA to make the authorized crypto belongings in Ukraine.”
