Tech large Samsung Electronics (OTC:) has reportedly teamed up with South Korea’s central financial institution to conduct analysis into central financial institution digital foreign money (CBDC) for offline funds.

On Might 15, Financial institution of Korea (BOK) and Samsung (KS:) signed a memorandum of understanding for offline CBDC analysis, in accordance to native media KBS World. The collaboration will lead each events to hunt CBDC offline capabilities issued by the central financial institution.
